How do I update my profile and contact information?
You can update any of your profile information at the ASPB Member Center profile page. For further assistance, please contact Shoshana Kronfeld.
Where can I find my membership status?
You can check your membership status (and renew your membership) at the Member Status page. For further assistance, please contact Shoshana Kronfeld.
How can I ensure I receive emails from ASPB?
You can help ensure that you receive all emails from ASPB by making sure that ASPB’s sending domains have been whitelisted in your email client and by your spam filtering service provider. Whitelisting an email address or sending domain ensures that emails sent from us reach you, instead of being marked as spam. You may need to contact your university for help with whitelisting for university-based email boxes.

How do I use my ASPB membership to get individual access to The Plant Cell and to Plant Physiology?
If you have not set up your journal access previously, please go to http://www.aspbjournals.org/cgi/activate/basic and use your member id/customer # to set up access to both journals. How do I use my ASPB membership to receive reduced article processing charges for my paper?
To get your member discount on article processing charges for manuscript publishing, please be sure to indicate on your submission that you are an ASPB member. If you need more help, contact Jennifer Regala
How can I use my ASPB member access to register early for a Plantae webinar?
We send ASPB members an email with information about an upcoming webinar and a link to register at least two days before we reach out to the rest of the plant science community. If you’re interested in attending the webinar, we suggest you register promptly. For more information, contact Katie Rogers.
Where can I find a list of conferences, webinars, and other events?
You can find conferences, scientific meetings, webinars and other events of interest to the plant science community around the world on the the Global Plant Science Calendar on Plantae. For more information, contact Katie Rogers.
How do I use Plantae Jobs to look for my next job - or my next employee?
You can go to the Plantae Job Center to find your next job or your next employee.
To find your next job, click on Sign Up Now on the Job Seeker page to create your profile. After creating your profile, go to Search to search for jobs. From there, you can also create a Search Agent and receive an email when new jobs matching your search criteria are posted
To find your next employee, go to the Employer page and see pricing information. Create your organization profile. Then you can post a job.

How do I sign up for the Plantae Mentoring program to find a mentor or become a mentor?
You can find a mentor by going to the Plantae Mentoring Center and click on Get Started under Mentees. Create your mentee profile and then do a mentor search. Once you find a mentor or two that interest you, click on Request an Engagement at the bottom of their profile and complete and submit the form. The mentor will receive your request and contact you.
You can become a mentor by Plantae Mentoring Center and click on Get Started under Mentors. Create your mentor profile. Once you have been approved to be a mentor, mentees who found you in a search and want to reach out to you will do so through the platform. Make sure to contact them back, through the platform, as soon as you can.

Where can I find information about the annual Plant Biology conference?
You can find most of the information about upcoming and past Plant Biology conferences online. If you need additional information, contact Jean Rosenberg.
Where can I find out about what ASPB’s governance committees are working on?
You can find information about ASPB’s committees, and presidential leadership online. If you would like more information on ASPB’s committees and how to volunteer with ASPB, contact Sylvia Lee.
Where can I find K-12 teaching resources or share materials I have created?
You can find ASPB resources for education and outreach online. You can also find materials crowd sourced by the plant science community in the K-12 Resources Network on Plantae. This network is also the best place to share your own materials. If you need more help, contact Winnie Nham.
How do I make my voice heard in support of plant science?
You can read ASPB’s Policy Statements, stay up-to-date on policy issues, and learn how to become an advocate at https://aspb.org/advocacy/. If you need more help or additional information, contact Crispin Taylor.
